CTF notebook
This repository contains a Jupyter Notebook implementation of the Contrast Transfer Function (CTF) in electron microscopy. It briefly explains the equations invovled and features an interactive graphical user interface (GUI) at the end that allows you to explore how various factors affect the CTF in both 1D and 2D. Through this interactive tool, you can investigate the influence of parameters such as defocus, aberrations, and envelope functions on the resulting CTF. -
CTF SimGUI
This repository implements a simulation of Contrast Transfer Function (CTF) in electron microscopy, similar to the CTF notebook. It features a PyQt-based GUI designed for speed and responsiveness, offering a more efficient alternative to the Jupyter notebook interface.
